The Nordstrom Grad School Scholarship Program


This Grad School Scholarship is for hardworking high-school students with dreams of a higher education.To apply for this scholarship candidate must be a high school junior ,live and attend high school in one of the participating states designated by Nordstrom.The Grad School Scholarship applicant should have and maintain a cumulative unweighted GPA of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale throughout your high school career,and be eligible to attend a four- year college or university in the United States.
The amount of the Grad School Scholarship will be $10000,paid out in equal installments of $2,500 over four years to the college of their choice. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement, awards/honors, leadership, school activities, community/volunteer activities, financial and employment history. Awards are granted without regard to race, creed, color, religion, gender, or national origin.

SFIAR Research Award Grad School Scholarships


The Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) Grad School Scholarships is an informal multi-stakeholder group of Swiss institutions and private individuals interested in agricultural research for development (ARD). Members come from research institutions, NGOs, the private sector, farmers’ organisations and public agencies. The Grad School Scholarships goals and objectives of SFIAR are:
a) Sharing information between ARD stakeholders in Switzerland
b) Promoting the visibility of Swiss ARD
c) Playing an advocacy role at policy level
d) Serving as a national partner in international initiatives
e) Promoting collaboration between actors in Swiss ARD

Eligibility
Grad School Scholarships Scientists working (or having worked) for a Swiss institution and with appropriate linkages in developing countries can apply for the SFIAR Award. The research Grad School Scholarships submitted for the Award should have been completed preferably no longer than two years ago
